Artist J.Whizz Representing Queens, New York

J.Whizz Music is clearly an eclectic representation of individually. Music is a platform where artists have the opportunity to become immortal, and use the world as their canvas. Rapper Jwhizz has taken his paint brush a la Michelangelo and with his eccentric delivery has been on the verge of painting his own version for he Sistine Chapel through his various musical opuses, with his pen and words as his sole equipment at his disposal. The Queens Native has been on conquest to abash, and destroy his opponent with his savvy wordplay and lyrical brigade. Before he became the mighty wordsmith, Whizz was in Southside Jamaica Queens harnessing his craft through a bevy of artists such as Elvis Presley, Bob Marley, Isaac Hayes, Marvin Gaye, Jay-Z, Andre 3000, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Nat King Cole, Quincy Jones, and Frank Sinatra. By paying keen attention to every detail, Whizz slowly began implementing a touch of these artists creative juice and sparkle a tad into his musical DNA

Kalasol Representing the West Coast Bay Area

This guy Im introducing to you is from the West Coast and he goes by the name of Kalasol.  Born and raised in Oakland, California known as the bay area is where Kalasol learned his life valuable lessons. Even though he grew up with both parents in the household in a suburban neighborhood in California his parents were often away due to their careers, so he was with his grandmother in Oakland while they were away.  He describes his era that he lived in as a time when a black male growing up wasn’t sure if you were going to make it to see a certain age. Being that he spent the majority of his time with his grandmother it gave him the opportunity to see both sides of a different class of living. One side he seen where people had the means to afford a comfortable living and the other side showed him where people were willing to do anything to get what they needed.  He once was street dealer until he had a great eye opener one day when a family member walked up to him to buy drugs on t

FATAL DA CANNON

Fatal aka “Caper City Cannon” is that charmismatic artist that attracts the eye from the second he enters a room and demands attention from the sound of his voice. Born in the streets of Cambridge, MD (a small, gritty ghetto located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore), Fatal is best defined by his upscale flow, intricate wordplay and distinguished delivery. With the support of his natives and his extended family in West Philadelphia, not only for his lyrics but for his street credibility as well, Fatal is in position to hit the game hard and take it over by storm! Fatal refers to his earliest memories of music through his uncle’s diverse collection of CD’s, mixtapes and cassette tapes ranging from artists including 2Pac, Wu-Tang, The Notorious B.I.G., DJ Clue, Jay-Z, Nas, Beanie Sigel, Scarface, AZ, DMX, The Lox and many more. It was in Kindergarten when Fatal recalls writing his first verse. By the time he reached Elementary School, Fatal had built himself quite a buzz and already had a

Group of Lyricists known as The Magoolies

The MAgoolies (@magooliegang) are an inspiring group of lyricists from different sections of Philly.  The quality of music differs heavily from the usual hip hop content of Philadelphia rappers. The MAGoolies rebel against the overtly "gangsta" and the annoyingly fashionable rapper microcosms within the city which of course draws a critical eye and causes the idea of a feud to loom over the heads of the members.  In all due honesty they do not make music for the Louis Vuitton dapper hipsters or the skinny jean pessimists that strictly enthuse everybody that trapping is the divine route to success.  The only way to classify the group is as .... simply different. The members (@BanJoe_Kazooie, @abish_cable, @BigBlackAfricka, & @XanyBrainyMAG) are influenced by diverse talents within music, film, and television and the content of the music reflects such influences (references to heroin addicted jazz musicians, retro Saturday morning cartoons, and even compar
