…is definitely not your typical choreographer. His steps and unique style constantly keep heads turning.  He has danced behind artists including Heavy D, Robin S, and the Princess of Hip Hop and R & B, Ashanti. He appeared in the Taye Diggs film Brown Suga as a breakdancer and has had reoccurring appearances on Russell Simmons’s Def Comedy Jam for 4 years straight. Excel has also appeared in videos with Whitney Houston, Zhane, and Vicious, to name a few.

… Choreographed a video for Swedish artist Space entitled Make it Hot and produced and choreographed his own stage show entitled “It’s Been a long time commin.”  He choreographed the European tour for KGM/Breaking Records recording artist Carla, and he has demonstrated his choreography abilities in videos such as “She like” by FUBU recording artist 54th platoon, Put your drinks down by Ruff Ryder recording artist Drag-on, Quad City DJ's Let's Do It, and Justine Simmons’s My Funny Valentine, featuring Rev. Run of the television reality show Run’s House and pioneer Hip Hop group RUN-DMC.

…presently devotes most of his time to touring around the country teaching master classes independently, with conventions and judging competitions. He is and Adjunct professor with the Hip Hop Dance conservatory and a Resident Professor at TCC community college in Dallas, TX He has taught master classes alongside Darrin Henson in Dallas, TX and Laurie Ann Gibson in New York. Excel’s award-winning choreography has won first place honors in numerous competitions around the United States. He also choreographs his own company “SMOKE” and conducts weekly classes around the NY/Tri-State Area.
