Working their way into the scene, Upcoming Hip-hop Artist “NewBreed” from Queens, NY, has created & developed a new genre of music that people from all over are growing to love called “Breedmusik”. Fusing this with other influences, such as R&B and Jazz, the “NewBreed sound” is indeed in demand. And we hope you’re ready for the ride Lifelong friends Kaos & Dagga (two members from New Breed) always dreamed of putting a rap group together. Working as a team they began to put their ideas and creativity into action and soon afterwards "High Tonight" was recorded in January 2008, they knew it was time to form the group that they always talked about, and New Breed was formed.
Diving right to work the group wrote & recorded their first song together "OutSide Of Your Crib" in March 2010. In April 2010 New Breed created a new sound of music called bump musik. Taking a huge risk with the new sound, they started to immediately record "My Trunk" A song which is the reflection of bump musik. Shortly after recording the song, it was released on Reverbnation, Facebook & many other sites and social networks. Receiving remarkable feedback from their fans, in such a short amount of time, pertaining to "My Trunk" they plan on featuring a lot more bump musik in the future. Continuing to work they recorded many songs shortly after to name a few "Reflections" "Hit It In The Morning" "Throw Back" "Crusin" and many more.
Also they have performed at numerous places such as “The 5 Spot” (Brooklyn ,NY) “Ambiance” (Queens,NY) “The Bowery Club” (Brooklyn N,Y) “The Pyramid” (Manhattan N.Y) and “The Sofa Lounge” (BRONX N,Y) just to name a few. Talented, Dedicated & diligent artist New breed hopes to obtain management and being signed to a label in the near future. NewBreed is currently working on their first two mixed tapes entitled “BumpMusik”, due to come out in August 2011, & “MixedBreed” which will be coming out at a later date. The albums will feature an enormous amount of Hood Rock & Bump musik. Releasing their first web video with the help of DJ Unique in February 2011 for "Play My Song"(one of their many songs recorded), has received lots of positive feedback. NewBreed has been spreading there talents to the south as well and have builded up a base of fans a supporters all over the souther regions to add with there hometown base. performing in many clubs "Runaround Sues", "Magic City", "Crucial" , and " Velvet Room ".
NewBreed currently is setting up to release a self titled mixtape by August 2012 with many smash singles " Regrets" "Who Dat" "Flower Bloom" "OMG" and more. Each member presenting their own unique style, they influence people through their music and continues to broaden their fan base & become a house hold name.
